1-2-3 Calendar administrates your private and business appointments, shows a calendar in multiple views, prints your appoinments as a calendar and exports appointments in iCalendar format which can be read by many mobile phones (e.g. iPhone, Blackberry). And that all for as many persons as you like!
Apppointments can be entered fast and simple. Furthermore also reccuring appoinmtens (e.g. birthdays) can be created.
All appointments can be moved and/ore changed in the period by drag & drop with the mouse. They can be differed by states (planed, free etc.) and types (holiday, ill ect.) which all can be adminitrated individually.
For every appointment you can edit a personal note and many more.
The appointment views can be displayd in different variants (daily, weekly, monthly and chronological).
The different views can be customized in many ways.
Also a tabular view of the appointments is possible. This view can be limited by filters, sorted and grouped (e.g. persons).
Your appointmets may also be printed. Many settings for the print are available.
You may export the print into many export formats, such as Microsoft Excel oder send via email.
