This All-In-One Excel application can run your entire business. Nearly any type of company that schedulers, patients, contacts or customers can use this simple but powerful scheduling application. Appointment Intervals can be set for 10, 15, 30 min and 1 hour intervals to accommodate any type of business scheduling and appointment duration's can be as short as 10 min or as long as 23 hours. The Recurring Appointment screen allows you to create multiple, recurring appointments, at any frequency, with a Single click as well as Editing and Deleting previously created recurring appointments. Appointment Types are completely customizable in which background or font colors and default appointment lengths can be set and modified at any time. Automatically send appointment email reminders at a time you specify with specific appointment, contact and assigned staff information within the Subject and Body of the message. No more typing out long emails of available times & dates. With this application you can propose multiple, available, appointment times via email within just a few keystrokes.With our email templates you can also send out Automated Birthday Reminders, Automatic New Contact Emails with Attachments, as well as Contact Referral Thank You Emails when an existing contact refers a new contact. Create Invoices from existing appointments with a single click and automatically create and send pdf invoices using 1 of our 6 customizable E-mail templates. Our Day View and Week View Calendars, as well as our auto-complete of contact names with just a few keystrokes.
